Ethical Enrollment

Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.

At IBERO, we prioritize ethical practices in our enrollment process. We invite prospective students and their parents to visit and explore our school, and to have preliminary discussions about possible admission without affecting their current enrollment.

However, our school will not initiate the enrollment of a student who is currently enrolled in another institution.

• Admissions for transferring students will be delayed if the first school notifies us of any outstanding financial obligations.

• Enrollment will resume only once a satisfactory arrangement has been made to settle any existing financial accounts.

• The well-being of each student is our primary concern when considering enrollment.

No financial aid or other special benefits, not regularly offered to all students, will be provided in a way that could improperly influence the enrollment decision.

Ibero American High School Admission Policy

The admission period for Ibero American High School begins at the end of the previous academic term in July and concludes in August, the first month of the new academic year. While students may enroll at any point during the school year, those joining mid-term or toward the end of the academic year may not accumulate sufficient points to advance to the next grade.

To ensure students have the best opportunity for academic success and progression, parents and guardians are strongly advised to register their children at the beginning of the academic year.

In cases where students enroll late and do not meet the required academic standards to advance, they will have the opportunity to participate in remedial sessions during the vacation period. If they successfully meet the necessary requirements, they may proceed to the next grade under a probationary period.

During this probationary period, students must achieve at least a *B grade* in their first term to remain in the advanced grade. If they fail to meet this requirement, *Ibero American High School reserves the right to reassign the student to their previous grade.*
